Q. Are the Freestyle Xpressions entertainers professionally trained?
A. Yes, all of the Freestyle Xpressions entertainers have extensive training within their related discipline and
extremely decorated resumes. Our entertainers rehearse their talent daily in our own private studio or within
the confines of their own training facilities. In addition, our entertainers attend gymnastic centers, workshops,
and other training facilities on a weekly basis to maintain their skills. Our entertainers range from Broadway
production entertainers to Las Vegas Strip performers. Additionally, Freestyle Xpressions has its own talent
division dedicated to seek out promising talent.
Q. Are the Freestyle Xpressions dance performances rehearsed?
A.
Yes, Freestyle Xpressions will have at least three rehearsals after site visit of the venue or discussion of setup
with the client. All performances are custom to the culture of the booking and setup of the venue. Freestyle
Xpressions requires at least one tech rehearsal with both sound and lighting technicians at the actual venue.
Q. What does Freestyle Xpressions require for an event booking?
A. Freestyle Xpressions requires the following:
At least one Tech rehearsal with both sound and lighting technician at the actual venue before the event.
Media waivers for video and photography crew as well as clothing/equipment bags, if required by venue.
Exclusive use of client's logo as well as advertisements, photographs, and video for use on Freestyle Xpression's website and marketing materials, only as it pertains to the Freestyle Xpressions booked event.
Q. If apparel is not provided to the entertainers and a costume upgrade is not purchased, what do the entertainers wear?
A. Freestyle Xpressions will wear and perform in its own Company branded apparel. Our Company branded apparel will either be sporty, city trendy, or corporate depending on the event. This will be discussed upon event booking.
Q. Is Freestyle Xpressions insured?
A. Yes, Freestyle Xpressions has a $2,000,000 general liability insurance policy with an excess/umbrella policy of $1,000,000 for each occurrence. Upon request, Freestyle Xpressions can name any company as a certificate holder or as an additional insured on its policy.
Q. Does Freestyle Xpressions travel to events?
A. Yes, Freestyle Xpressions is available for both domestic and international travel. All reasonable travel and expense costs incurred for travel, lodging and meals will be reimbursed by the client.
Q. How do I reserve an event and what forms of payment does Freestyle Xpressions accept?
A. Freestyle Xpressions requires a 25% down payment to reserve a booking date. Please Contact Us directly to reserve a booking date. We accept check, money order, and all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, & Discover). Make all checks payable to Freestyle Xpressions, Inc.
Credit:
The residual amount will be charged to the same credit card used to reserve the booking, the next business day after the event.
Check:
The residual amount will be invoiced to the client the next business day after the event.
Cash:
The residual amount will be due night of event post performance.
Q. What is the Freestyle Xpressions cancellation policy if my event gets cancelled?
A. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation within 3 days from event date = Client charged 50% of total invoice price
Cancellation within 24 hours from event date = Client charged 75% of total invoice price
